If you prune back the ears, nose, and upper limbs, the 7 year old could grow to be as much as 12 feet tall. It's a bit messy, but it makes them stronger in the end.
I am glad to reveal, that we are only cultivating a section of the land in the pic :) I may be foolishly deludedly ambitious, but even I know my limits sometimes :o)
